We’ve got sweet, sweet news, Bandits. A new cupcakery has opened its doors in the Queen West ‘hood. We think owner of Dlish Cupcakes Verge Manuel should compete on the Food Network series, Cupcake Wars, ‘cause we’re certain his cupcakes would destroy any competition.
Baked fresh several times a day and only with the richest ingredients, Dlish sure measures up to its name. On a typical day, you can find nine of its 16 delectable flavours available in the oh-so-adorable storefront. You’ll salivate for Chocolate Marshmallow, Cookies & Cream, Salty Caramel, and Lemon taste creations. But for us, Dlish’s Red Velvet cupcakes are where it’s really at –the perfect pairing of rich cream cheese frosting and traditional southern cocoa cake.
While three bucks a pop seems steep, we’re telling you, these artisan cupcakes are worth every cent. It’s also the perfect birthday gift for a coworker and a great treat to sweeten up your professor. For fifteen bucks they’ll even deliver to the downtown core. And if you follow @DlishCupcakes on Twitter, you’ll quickly learn that they’re all about sweetening your day with edible freebies – and that’s just the icing on the cupcake!

The Red Velvet, Salty Caramel and Peanut Butter Chocolate I love love. The strawberry and the lemon are really amazing too.
